Free Postage on all orders over £15 including WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Our standard UK rate is £1.50 per order for the UK and £4.00 Worldwide.
We aim to complete orders within 3 days, however please allow 7 – 10 days on both custom orders and worldwide delivery.
If your goods are faulty please contact us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, within a certain amount of days.
Customised Orders (if applicable)
Customised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged unless items are faulty.. If your order is faulty please contact us.
If we agree your order is wrong then the normal replacement or refund procedures will apply.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless stated otherwise.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £25.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
